Steven D. Urban, the president and owner of UFAC, has been involved in the delivery of financial planning and investment advisory services for over 20 years. He is licensed as an attorney and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois. He has also earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP^®) and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designations. He received a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from DePaul University College of Law.

Lisa J. Sherwood is a senior financial planning analyst with the firm. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois and has worked with UFAC for over five years, in addition to several years of prior experience in the financial services industry. She received a degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa.

Tracy Sommer is a senior tax planning analyst with the firm. Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois, she is a graduate of St. Mary's College in Notre Dame, Indiana, with a degree in Accounting.

Jeremy Ander is a financial planning analyst with the firm. Jeremy has passed the CFP^® Certification Exam following the completion of the Certified Financial Planner (CFP^®) program at Northwestern University. He has business degrees from University of Illinois and San Diego State University. Prior to joining UFAC, Jeremy worked for accounting and consulting firms Deloitte and CBIZ.
